If I ever come back I will definitely stay there again.

Best villa in Barbados  - On arrival to Barbados, I picked up my soft top jeep at the airport then made my way to the villa. It is a straight forward drive from there one... read more straight road which takes a little over 20 minutes passing through Oistins, then eventually you arrive at the best villa in Barbados.

On arrival I was met by the property manager, a very likeable bubbly helpful person who made the check in to the accommodation quick and easy. I was given a tour of all the rooms, the villa I was given was a 3 bed as that was the only one available at the time of booking, I Would not be in the villa on my own for the month as my girlfriend flies in soon in a few days time. The lounge was huge with very comfortable sofas and a large tv, A six seater table with chairs. A big kitchen area that has All the appliances and utensils you would expect to find in that location. Nice size toilet and shower room and a good size bedroom with AC. Fine detail like the washing machine and dryer were brought to my attention as it is a US one which different to a uk one. She also gave me invaluable local information, like where the nearest food shops are, petrol stations and directions to town and the beaches.
Once a week a cleaner comes in and thoroughly cleans everywhere, changes the sheets and changes the towels, sweeps and mops the floor, there is a pool man that once a week also cleans the pool as does the maintenance man who keeps the area around the villa tidy.
At the entrance to the villa is a nice size balcony with table and chairs over looking the car park area and my favourite part of the villa, the swimming pool, it was rude not to every morning have a swim then sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to the silence in this nice neighbourhood deciding what to do today.

When my girlfriend came out we were fortunate to meet the owner of the villa, Ricky a likeable man and we informed him how impressed we were with his villa.
we cannot fault this villa only highly recommend it, all aspects of it from the property manger, the villa and the owner.

First time in Barbados  - We rented 3 bedroom for 5 adults and 1 child. It was better than expected. We felt very confortable and had our privacy. The place was spacious.

Fully stocked... read more kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals. The furniture were well taken cared of and beautiful. Didnt expect such expensive furniture in a rented villa.

We had secured parking for our rented vehicle.

The towels, lenens, cleaniness of the place was great.

There was bi weekly cleaning.

Best of all was the service. They were quick to reply to any questions, or requests.

(I forgot my nice comfy blanket- so requested extra sheet).


It surpassed my expectations.

Definitely I would recommend it.

Ohhhh and also . the price was cheapest for all the comfort we wanted,amenities, pool, close to the beach etc. compared to all the other places I checked.

I had spent weeks researching and organising our travel package. This was the most affordable.

feel at home  - we r repeat offenders cant say enough about this villa good friends with owners but most of all this villa is in a great location and rick is very accomodating... read more to his host well kept always clean .and pool is a great bonus u can walk or drive to oistens or any one of 3 beach .

Gorgeous Villa, quiet neighborhood close to all amenities  - Villa Riana is a perfect place to call home while touring the Island. My wife and I stayed there for 16 nights and had a blast. We met the nicest... read more people from Nova Scotia and Ontario and fit right in. We had the one bedroom which is perfect for a couple. All was found as listed in the amenities. The owner Rick was a perfect host and VERY accommodating. We met his lovely family and they left us feeling like we have have been friends forever. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Barbados.
